Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish)

Work arrangement: On-site, hybrid, or remote within the Tampa/Orlando area
Compensation: 50-70k annually plus bonus/commission opportunities

Help build the teams that keep our business growing.

Fairway is a growing family of local service brands providing lawn care, pest control, tree care, and irrigation services across multiple states. Our field teams serve customers every day, and hiring the right people directly affects our ability to deliver great service.

We’re looking for an experienced bilingual recruiter who understands high-volume hiring and takes ownership of moving searches forward. You’ll recruit across multiple locations, build relationships with hiring managers, and help English- and Spanish-speaking candidates navigate the hiring process.

This role requires consistent outreach, practical problem-solving, and reliable follow-through. You should be comfortable picking up the phone, finding candidates beyond incoming applications, and using recruiting data to decide where to focus your efforts.

What you’ll own

- Recruiting across assigned locations. Manage searches from intake through accepted offer and handoff to onboarding, balancing ongoing hiring needs with urgent openings and seasonal demand.
- Candidate sourcing and outreach. Build pipelines through job boards, direct outreach, employee referrals, community relationships, hiring events, and other sources appropriate to each market.
- Candidate conversations in English and Spanish. Conduct job-related screens and clearly explain responsibilities, compensation, schedules, work conditions, and next steps so candidates can make informed decisions.
- Hiring manager partnerships. Confirm staffing needs and position requirements, coordinate interview availability, obtain timely feedback, and keep hiring decisions moving.
- Candidate engagement. Maintain timely communication, prepare candidates for interviews, follow up afterward, and address questions or obstacles that could affect offer acceptance or starting employment.
- Offers and onboarding coordination. Prepare accurate offers using approved terms and coordinate with onboarding specialists to support a smooth transition from candidate to employee.
- Accurate recruiting records. Keep applicant records, recruiting activity, hiring status, and disposition reasons current in the applicant tracking system.
- Pipeline visibility and results. Provide clear updates on openings, candidate flow, scheduled interviews, offers, and pending starts. Identify stalled searches and recommend specific changes to improve results.
- Process improvement. Use recruiting results and feedback from candidates, hiring managers, and HR partners to improve sourcing, communication, and the hiring experience.

Requirements

What you’ll bring

- At least two years of recruiting experience that includes managing high-volume hiring and multiple openings simultaneously.
- Professional proficiency in spoken and written English and Spanish sufficient to conduct candidate screens, explain job requirements and offers, and manage recruiting communications in both languages.
- Experience actively sourcing candidates and following through from initial contact through the hiring decision.
- The ability to organize competing priorities, maintain accurate records, and keep candidates and hiring managers informed.
- Sound judgment when evaluating candidates against job-related requirements and handling confidential information.
- Experience using an applicant tracking system, Microsoft Office, and recruiting platforms.
- Working knowledge of fair hiring practices and a commitment to consistent, job-related candidate evaluation.

Especially helpful: Experience recruiting hourly field employees in lawn care, landscaping, pest control, construction, skilled trades, logistics, manufacturing, or another service business with multiple locations. Agency or staffing experience supporting similar hiring needs is also welcome.
