About this role
Are you an experienced Treatment Coordinator who excels at presenting high-value dental treatment plans and driving case acceptance? We’re looking for a confident, results-driven professional with a passion for implant dentistry and a talent for helping patients say yes to life-changing care.
This is not your typical front-office role! You’ll travel between multiple offices, partner with our doctors, and play a key role in growing our implant practices.
What You’ll Do
- Present treatment plans for dental implants, full-arch restorations, and full-mouth rehabilitation.
- Build patient trust and clearly explain treatment options and benefits.
- Discuss financing options and address patient concerns.
- Follow up with patients to improve case acceptance.
- Collaborate with doctors and teams to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
- Track performance metrics and drive results across multiple locations.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success presenting and closing high-value dental treatment plans.
- Implant dentistry experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and consultative sales skills.
- Confidence discussing financial options and overcoming objections ethically.
- Self-motivated, organized, and willing to travel between offices.
- Open Dental experience is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
- $28–$36/hour , based on experience.
