About this role
Requirements:
- Administer medications accurately according to physician orders, state regulations, and community policies.
- Document medication administration and maintain accurate records.
- Complete overnight rounds, respond to resident needs, and promptly report changes in condition or medication concerns.
- Assist with personal care, toileting, mobility, and other activities of daily living.
- Follow individualized care plans while supporting residents’ dignity and independence.
- Help maintain a safe, comfortable environment throughout the night.
- Communicate clearly with nurses, care team members, and the incoming shift.
Qualifications:
- Current Virginia Registered Medication Aide (RMA) registration required.
- A compassionate, respectful approach to caring for older adults.
- Dependability, sound judgment, and strong attention to detail.
- The ability to stay attentive, organized, and responsive throughout an overnight shift.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to help your teammates.
- Previous assisted living, senior living, or medication administration experience preferred.
11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m. | Full-Time
$19.00–$19.50 per hour
