This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with a stable, well-established manufacturer. The right person comes in, performs, and earns a permanent position with full company benefits.

We have openings on two shifts:

- 2nd Shift: Monday through Thursday, 1:00 PM to 11:30 PM (possible Friday OT)

You will complete all required SAP transactions, production logs, and end-of-shift documentation accurately, and participate in training new operators on processes and procedures. ISO and EH&S compliance is a standard expectation, not an afterthought.

What You Bring

- 3+ years of experience in blending, mixing, or extrusion operations in a plastics, polymer, colorant, or specialty chemical manufacturing environment
- Hands-on machine setup and startup experience - you run the equipment, you do not just load it

- High school diploma or GED
