- Explore Emerging Technologies: Evaluate and implement AI-enabled solutions using approved enterprise platforms and governance practices.
- Guide Technical Partners: Provide architectural oversight and technical direction to developers, contractors, vendors, and implementation partners.
- Collaborate Across the Business: Partner with IT and business leaders to translate operational challenges into practical, reliable technology solutions.

- Proven experience designing and implementing scalable enterprise application architectures.
- Experience establishing development standards, source control practices, code reviews, and CI/CD processes.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), DevOps, and application security principles.
- Experience evaluating and overseeing third-party or vendor-developed software.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Even Better If You Have

- Master's degree in a related technical or business discipline.
- Microsoft Azure certifications.
- Experience building or scaling internal software development capabilities.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and AI-enabled solutions.
- Knowledge of cloud-native architecture, microservices, and application modernization.

This isn't a position where you'll simply maintain existing applications. You'll have the opportunity to help define our technical direction, establish best practices, and develop solutions that make a meaningful impact across the business.

If you're a hands-on architect who enjoys solving complex problems, building scalable technology, and helping organizations grow, we'd love to hear from you.
