The Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst will also support data integration and EDW work within their assigned division scope in coordination with the EDW Architect.

This position reports to the Manager, Data Analytics and works closely with Finance and division leadership across all areas of the organization.

- Optimize Power BI reports and data models for performance and scalability

- Participate in data quality validation processes and flag data integrity issues for resolution
- Coordinate with the EDW Architect on pipeline design and technical documentation

AI & Advanced Analytics

- Support AI-assisted analytics initiatives built on the Quantix EDW — including structured data prep and integration of AI outputs into dashboards
- Identify opportunities to apply advanced analytics to improve division reporting and operational insight
- Stay current with emerging tools and techniques in Power BI, BI development, and AI-assisted analytics

Collaboration & Communication

- Work directly with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver customized analytics solutions
