- Develop and execute robust territory and account plans that identify account priorities, treatment pathways, diagnostic workflows, key stakeholders, barriers to appropriate use, and opportunities to improve customer and patient support.
- Understand account-level processes for molecular testing, pathology coordination, specialty pharmacy fulfillment, patient access, reimbursement, HUB services, and patient support, and connect customers with appropriate resources.
- Partner cross-functionally with Precision Oncology leadership, Medical Science Liaisons, Market Access, National or Strategic Accounts, Marketing, Sales Operations, Training, and Patient Services to deliver coordinated account support.
- Mobilize company resources appropriately while maintaining clear role boundaries between commercial and medical functions.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of cholangiocarcinoma, FGFR2 fusions, relevant treatment modalities, competitor activity, emerging oncology trends, and the evolving business environment.
- Provide relevant field and customer insights to leadership and internal partners regarding disease awareness, diagnosis, molecular testing, treatment education, account needs, tools, and product messaging.
- Use customer relationship management and other company systems to document customer interactions, maintain account plans, manage follow-up activities, and support effective territory execution.
- Analyze business trends, account dynamics, claims or other approved data, and territory performance to prioritize activities and inform strategic decision-making.
- Manage territory resources and promotional budgets within company guidelines; complete required reports, training, administrative responsibilities, and expense submissions accurately and on time.
