Service Process Coordinator

The Service Process Coordinator 2 performs basic assignments. Works under direct supervision. May service a range of products/services. Applies knowledge of broad work area procedures and activities. Applies attention to detail and task accuracy. Exchanges basic to moderately complex information with others to ensure understanding and provide basic support. Requires basic written, verbal and listening skills. Basic knowledge of the organization. Selects best course of action from multiple, defined options. Selects appropriate procedures to resolve problems which may involve uncommon variations. Anticipates problems and recognizes when to deviate from standard practices.

Responsibilities:

- Organizes, records, processes and services the production output of various, basic servicing activities.
- Works on basic projects under direct supervision.
- Supports a range of products/services.
- Applies knowledge of broad work area procedures and activities.
- Applies attention to detail and task accuracy.
- Responsible for scanning files into a computer application to validate accuracy while sitting at a desk.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

- Position requires ability to lift/maneuver 30 lb. bankers boxes and push/pull fully loaded wooden carts.
- Position requires pulling files or re-filling which requires standing, stooping, bending, stretching for complete 8 hour shifts.
- Prior work experience in a related job that would provide a good understanding of activities, policies, procedures, and concepts of the work area

Education:

- High School diploma or equivalent

$39,520.00 - $46,810.00
