What you'll be doing
The Digital Product Delivery team builds, maintains, and enhances our digital banking experiences across mobile, online banking, and customer relationship management platforms to support business goals and deliver an exceptional client experience. As a Senior Manager, Salesforce Loyalty Cloud, you'll report to the Chapter Lead and partner closely with the Product Owner to shape the product vision and guide each iteration. You'll represent the voice of the client when setting priorities, while balancing the needs of business partners, legal, risk, security, and finance stakeholders. You'll lead the discovery, design, configuration, and ongoing enhancement of Salesforce Loyalty Cloud capabilities, helping to deliver strong loyalty, offer management, eligibility, and fulfilment experiences. You'll also strengthen delivery practices by identifying opportunities to improve ways of working, coaching teams, and driving alignment across squads to support high-quality, scalable delivery.
At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You'll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you'll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.
