Job Purpose: The Incharge - Facility Management O&M is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of an assigned building or project. This includes overseeing essential services such as horticulture, billing, maintenance, and ensuring smooth execution of all on-site activities. The role ensures tenant satisfaction by maintaining high standards of service delivery and operational efficiency while adhering to established policies and procedures.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil) preferred.
- MBA / PGDM in Operations, Facilities Management, or related discipline is an added advantage.
- Professional certifications in Facility Management, Safety, or Energy Management preferred.
Experience
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in Facility Management, preferably in:
Commercial Real Estate
- Residential Townships
- Mixed-use Developments
- Hospitality or Infrastructure sectors
