We are looking for dedicated and responsible Housekeeping / Cleaning Staff to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and a well-organised environment across our restaurant.
## Job Summary
The Housekeeping / Cleaning Staff will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene throughout the restaurant, including dining areas, kitchen spaces, washrooms, and other operational areas, ensuring a clean and safe environment for employees and guests.
## Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain dining areas, floors, tables, kitchen spaces, and washrooms.
- Ensure proper disposal of waste and maintain waste segregation practices.
- Follow hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards.
- Refill cleaning supplies and maintain housekeeping materials.
- Clean spills promptly and ensure all areas remain safe and presentable.
- Assist the team in maintaining overall restaurant cleanliness.
- Follow the cleaning schedules and instructions provided by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred.
- Basic understanding of cleanliness and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Responsible, punctual, and willing to work in shifts.
- Ability to work well with the restaurant team.
