Tu rol en Baxter:

Salvar y sostener vidas realizando los procesos relacionados con la

operación de empaque y sellado de bolsas, asegurando el flujo

constante del producto en la línea de producción según el estándar y

asegurando los índices de calidad, cumpliendo con los estándares de

seguridad salud y ambiente.

Lo que realizarás en Baxter:

- Operar la maquina selladora y empacar bolsa para generarproducto asegurando la cantidad y calidad requerida.
- Cumplir con los procedimientos escritos determinados para losprocesos que realiza (líneas despejadas, inspecciones masivasque aseguren la calidad del producto).
- Realizar la función de inspección visual por partículas en la banda.
- Manejar de manera segura el estibador.
- Reportar eventos de calidad asociados a la operación y eldesecho.
- Reportar tiempos perdidos, daños y limpiar la maquina en cada turno.

Lo que aportarás:

- Bachiller académico graduado.
- Experiencia de 6 meses en procesos de manufactura (Deseable).
- Empuje por obtener resultados.
- Agilidad en el aprendizaje.
