🏊 What You'll Be Doing
As a Swim Instructor, you'll help children learn essential water safety and swimming skills in a fun, encouraging environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Teaching swim lessons using the Goldfish Swim School curriculum.
• Encouraging and celebrating students as they learn new skills.
• Creating a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment.
• Communicating with parents about their child's progress.
• Working alongside your teammates to create an amazing experience for every family.

Don't worry if you've never taught swim lessons before. We'll provide the training and support you need to succeed!
🐠 Who We're Looking For
You don't have to be an experienced swimmer or teacher to be a great fit. We're looking for people who are:
• Friendly, energetic, and enthusiastic.
• Patient and comfortable working with children.
• Dependable, responsible, and ready to learn.
• Positive team players who enjoy helping others.
• Comfortable working in and around the water.

A few requirements:
• Must be at least 16 years old by your start date.
• Must be available to work at least 2 shifts per week.
• Must be able to maintain a consistent weekly schedule.
• Must successfully complete a background check.
• Must be willing to learn and follow our swim instruction and safety procedures.
