A significant senior leadership opportunity has become available with one of Ireland's leading automotive retail groups.
We are seeking an accomplished General Manager to take responsibility for a substantial North Dublin dealership operation.
This is a high-profile appointment offering genuine autonomy, significant commercial responsibility and the opportunity to lead a large, established automotive business.
The Role
Reporting at group level, the General Manager will take full responsibility for dealership performance across sales, aftersales, people, customer experience and profitability.
You will lead an established senior management team and be responsible for delivering continued growth while maintaining the very highest operational standards.
Responsibilities will include:
- Full dealership P&L responsibility
- Leadership of sales, aftersales and support functions
- Developing and executing annual commercial plans
- Driving vehicle sales, aftersales performance and profitability
- Coaching and developing departmental management teams
- Maintaining exceptional manufacturer and customer standards
- Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and commercial performance
- Working closely with group directors on longer-term strategy and investment
