About this role
Mandatory technical & functional skills
• Strong understanding of capital project lifecycle management and infrastructure program delivery
• Ability to design or contribute to enterprise solution architecture for large-scale organizations
• Experience in enterprise PMIS platforms and project systems (e.g., Oracle Primavera P6, Oracle Unifier, Aconex)
• Working knowledge of systems and integrations, strategic/portfolio management tools
• Understanding of data models, governance frameworks, and enterprise data architecture
• Experience in portfolio management, KPI frameworks, and analytics-driven decision support
• Exposure to cloud and on-premise infrastructure requirements for enterprise technology implementations
• Strong project management skills including planning, execution tracking, risk management, and stakeholder coordination
• Proficiency in MS Office and collaboration/visualization tools (e.g., Visio, PowerPoint, dashboards)

Educational qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or related discipline • MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree from a reputed institution (preferred) • Relevant certifications in Agile, Product Management, or Digital Transformation (preferred) • Professional certifications in asset management (preferred)
Prior Experience
• 4–6 years of experience in management consulting, infrastructure advisory, or digital transformation roles • Experience working with transport, energy, utilities, infrastructure, or capital-intensive industries • Proven track record in delivering enterprise-scale transformation programs (multi-project / portfolio environments) • Exposure to large capital project portfolios • Hands-on experience in PMIS implementations, enterprise platforms, or digital product delivery • Experience in stakeholder engagement and delivery ownership #KGS #LI-PC3
