Recruiting & Staffing Coordinator Youth Sport

Soccer Shots LI West is growing fast across Long Island, South Florida, and new sports launching next year. We’re hiring a proactive, organized Recruiting & Staffing Coordinator Youth Sports to lead recruiting, onboarding, and workforce operations across multiple markets.
You will:
• Lead hiring for coaches, interns, volunteers, VAs, and full-time staff
• Manage job postings, sourcing, interviews, and pipelines
• Run onboarding, training, evaluations, and retention
• Handle corrective actions and dismissals professionally
• Manage workflows in Indeed, CareerPlug, Monday.com, Connecteam
• Support expansion into new sports programs
• Own communication across departments
