We are looking for new team members to join our our offices in Germany and Austria and  
support our clients across a variety of industries gain competitive advantage through data,  
technology, and digital. We operate at the intersection between business and technology, and help our clients think strategically about how technology will change the shape of their business.

- Lead cross-functional and cross-industry project teams to develop tailored ERP, technology, and AI-enabled transformation strategies for large enterprises, spanning platforms such as SAP S/4HANA and Microsoft Dynamics.
- Drive global projects focusing on end-to-end, ERP-enabled business transformations, linking technology with operating model, processes, data, and AI to deliver measurable impact from strategy through execution.
- Build strong partnerships with BCG and client project teams, providing on-site expertise and guidance on ERP strategy, transformation roadmaps, business cases, governance models, and value creation plans for large-scale programs.
- Mentor and coach consultants to support their continuous professional development.
- Advise senior executives on ERP modernization and enterprise transformation programs, bridging business objectives and technology decisions to deliver practical, scalable outcomes.

What You'll Bring

- Strong Experience in ERP Strategy & Enterprise Transformation: Several years of experience leading ERP strategy, modernization, or large-scale business transformation programs, ideally with hands-on familiarity with platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics, or comparable solutions, and the ability to translate complex business challenges into practical, technology-enabled solutions.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional and cross-industry project teams, successfully delivering complex and challenging client projects.
- Consulting Experience: Experience working with clients across various industries, helping them tackle their most difficult challenges and create sustainable value.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively at the C-suite level and build trusted, long-term client relationships.
- Fluent oral and written language skills: German (C1) and English
- Experience applying AI , generative AI, or advanced analytics to improve enterprise processes and ERP-driven business performance is a plus.
