Who We're Looking For? Someone with:
- A current and active RN or LPN license in Iowa.
- A genuine passion for caring for others.
- Strong communication, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Dependability, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team.
- A commitment to treating every resident with respect, compassion, and dignity.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Applicants are required to pass pre-employment screenings that could include: Criminal background checks, Abuse registry check, Drug test, Physical, and TB test.

- Starting pay for RN $30.00 - $34.00 per hour
- Starting pay for LPN $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
- Shift differential pay - $2/hr for 2nd shift and $3 for third shift.
