About the Role
Sigma Healthcare is hiring for multiple Customer Service Officer opportunities across the Sigma Healthcare and Chemist Warehouse group, with a mix of 12-month fixed-term and permanent full-time positions. Reporting to a Customer Service Team Lead, you’ll be a first point of contact for pharmacy partner enquiries, providing timely, accurate and professional support while building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Role Responsibilities
Respond to customer enquiries and aim to resolve issues during the first contact.
Record customer interactions accurately in the Genesys CRM system.
Escalate issues appropriately and in line with company policy.
Work with Logistics, Sales, Marketing, Promotions, Retail, Pricing and IT to deliver end-to-end customer solutions.
Build effective relationships with pharmacy partners and internal stakeholders.
Contribute to a positive customer experience and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Who Are We Looking For?
Previous customer service experience; contact centre experience is an advantage.
The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and approach problems with a customer-first mindset.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build productive relationships.
Confidence using CRM systems, telephony and contact centre technologies.
