Position: Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Location: Flagstaff, Arizona

We're looking for compassionate, dependable individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

What You'll Do
Every day is different because every person we support is unique! Your responsibilities may include:
• Supporting individuals with daily living activities, personal care, and household routines.
• Encouraging independence, personal choice, and individual goals.
• Assisting with meals, hygiene, grooming, dressing, and mobility as needed.
• Helping individuals participate in community activities, appointments, recreation, and social opportunities.
• Supporting health, safety, and medication routines when properly trained and authorized.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and communicating with your team.
• Creating a safe, respectful, and supportive environment that protects individual dignity, privacy, and rights.

What We're Looking For
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must meet applicable background screening requirements and obtain and maintain a valid Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Compassion, patience, reliability, and respect for others.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow established support plans and procedures.
• Willingness to complete and maintain required training and certifications.
• Valid Arizona driver's license and acceptable driving record when transportation is an assigned responsibility.
• Ability to perform essential job duties, with or without reasonable accommodation.

What to Expect
Our Direct Support Professionals work in supportive, team-oriented environments where relationships, respect, and person-centered care matter. Schedules vary based on program needs and may include days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.  
“DSPs may be assigned to different Quality Connections residential homes throughout Flagstaff based on program staffing needs.”
