* Conduct impartial, timely interviews with Associates and witnesses in partnership with Store Operations and/or Human Resources, adhering to legal, policy and procedure requirements.

* Utilise CCTV and relevant systems to corroborate activity; document findings and maintain meticulous notes and evidence logs.

* Provide concise investigative updates to the ORC Supervisor and stakeholders; recommend actions (disciplinary, recovery, police referral, controls remediation).

Operational Shrink and Loss Reduction:

* Analyse exception patterns (BEBR metrics, POS anomalies) to identify root

causes; propose control improvements and awareness initiatives for Stores and the Processing Centre.

* Presents investigative findings to key business decision-markers and considers

risk mitigation strategies.

* Support operational audits with evidence and insights; track corrective actions to closure with Store Operations and District Loss Prevention Managers.

* Contribute to shrink dashboards/KPIs (case cycle time, evidence quality index, validated loss avoided, repeat‑instance reduction).

* Share learnings, trends, and best practices with LP Supervisors and Store

leadership to strengthen first‑line controls and reduce reoccurrence.

Who We’re Looking For:

- Strong understanding of Loss Prevention practices and investigative techniques
- Skilled in conducting interviews and fact-finding analysis
