Role Objective / Major Purpose of the Job:
To lead the corporate finance function by driving financial planning, budgeting, treasury management, cost optimization, and strategic decision-making. The role ensures strong financial governance, effective performance management, regulatory compliance, and sustainable business growth through data-driven financial strategies.

Principal Tasks & Responsibilities:
Lead corporate finance activities including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
Drive cost optimization initiatives to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
Manage treasury operations, cash flow planning, liquidity management, and financial risk mitigation.
Establish and strengthen financial controls, governance frameworks, and compliance processes.
Monitor business performance through key financial metrics and provide strategic insights to leadership.
Lead internal and external audits, ensuring regulatory and statutory compliance.
Manage, mentor, and develop finance teams to achieve operational excellence.
Collaborate with business leaders to support investment decisions, growth initiatives, and financial planning.
Identify financial risks and implement effective risk management strategies.
