- Manage key portfolio governance and operating rhythms, including planning forums, leadership meetings, All Hands, executive reporting, QBRs and decision-making forums.
- Maintain oversight of portfolio governance, funding controls, financial performance, investment status and delivery transparency to ensure strong portfolio health.
- Coordinate and communicate portfolio risks, issues, dependencies, milestones and actions, while driving adherence to PMO standards, quality gates and delivery disciplines.
- Embed and continuously improve portfolio ways of working, operating rhythms and delivery controls to strengthen execution across teams and delivery partners.
- Support workforce planning, demand management and cross-portfolio prioritisation through data-driven insights, reporting and resource optimisation.
- Build a high-performing portfolio community through stakeholder engagement, onboarding excellence, mentoring project managers and supporting capability uplift across the broader PM practice.
This is a permanent role and offer a flexible hybrid work model based in Gadigal Country (Sydney) or Naarm (Melbourne).
What You’ll Bring
- 10+ years' experience delivering complex portfolios, programs or large-scale initiatives within enterprise environments, working across broad stakeholder groups and cross-functional teams.
- Proven experience managing portfolio governance, performance reporting and executive-level communications, with the ability to provide clear, actionable insights.
- Strong commercial acumen, including experience overseeing investment funding, financial performance and value realisation.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement, influencing and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex delivery, operational and portfolio risks clearly and confidently.
- Demonstrated ability to set clear expectations, drive accountability and consistently deliver against agreed outcomes in fast-paced environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Technology or a related discipline, with experience in End User Computing, workplace collaboration technologies and contact centre portfolios highly regarded.
