Were looking for an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Assistant Parts Manager to join our team. As a family-owned Ford dealership, we take pride in treating our employees and customers like family—and were looking for someone who shares those values.
What Youll Do
- Assist the Parts Manager with the daily operation of the Parts Department
- Help oversee parts inventory, ordering, receiving, and stocking
- Work closely with our Service and Sales departments to ensure parts are available when needed
- Assist technicians and customers with parts identification and sourcing
- Monitor inventory levels and help maintain accurate records
- Provide exceptional customer service to retail and wholesale customers
- Help train, support, and motivate Parts Department team members
- Step in for the Parts Manager when needed
What Were Looking For
- Previous automotive parts experience required; dealership experience preferred
- Ford parts experience is a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Leadership skills and a team-oriented attitude
- A valid drivers license and dependable work history
