Join our Supply Chain team in Sibiu as a SCM Process & Project Specialist

What part will you play?

· Join our SCM team in Sibiu and actively shape and improve processes across material planning, procurement, order management , delivery and returns.

· Take responsibility for cross-functional SCM projects and sub-projects , from analyzing requirements and coordinating stakeholders to implementing and tracking improvements.

· Analyze existing workflows, identify improvement opportunities and implement practical solutions together with the Source and Order Management teams .

· Develop and improve SCM processes to optimize costs, inventory, forecast accuracy and increase customer satisfaction.

· Contribute to improvement projects such as technical changes, phase-in/phase-out, KPI optimization and the digitalization of procurement, order management and production planning processes.

· Collect, prepare, validate and analyze SCM data to support operational activities, process improvements and project decisions.

· Develop and improve reports, KPIs and automated data-processing solutions to increase transparency, improve data quality and reduce manual effort.

· Support the Source and Order Management teams in analyzing and resolving process and system errors, bugs and incidents, including coordination with relevant stakeholders and follow-up until resolution.

· Consider new market and technology trends, evaluate their potential, and implement them.

What you need to make real what matters

· University degree, ideally in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics or Logistics.

· At least 2 years of professional experience in Supply Chain Management/Logistics, including practical experience in procurement and/or order management .

· Initial experience in project management and SCM process improvement , including process analysis, documentation and implementation, and an affinity for digital tools and automation.

· An analytical and structured working approach, initiative and the ability to translate data insights into practical process improvements .

· Sound knowledge of IBP, SAP R/3 or SAP S/4HANA, particularly MM, SD and PP knowledge is an advantage , and proficiency in MS Office 365.

· Sound understanding of both purchasing and customer order management processes, enabling effective analysis and resolution of process and system issues.

· Strong skills in data preparation and analysis, particularly in Excel , and experience with reporting or workflow automation tools; openness to AI-driven or RPA-optimized solutions.

· Good proficiency of English; Proficiency of German is a benefit.
