The project:

This is an opportunity to work on a large new build airport, that will set a global benchmark for aviation experience and aims to attract 120 million passengers by 2030 in Saudi Arabia.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Interface Manager to coordinate complex terminal interfaces for a major airport development in Saudi Arabia, collaborating across design, construction and project controls to manage package dependencies, systems integration, contractor coordination and stakeholder requirements.

Your responsibilities will include:

•    Champion Safety First, ensuring compliance with HSE standards while fostering wellbeing, inclusion and a positive safety culture.
•    Manage end-to-end project delivery, maintaining quality systems and supporting senior leaders to achieve programme milestones.
•    Oversee budgets, risks and ethical governance, contributing to long-term business sustainability.
•    Manage collaborative project teams, drive performance, stakeholder engagement and best practice innovation across all phases.

•    Manage terminal interface management across multidisciplinary delivery packages. 
•    Coordinate architecture, structure, MEP, specialist systems and infrastructure dependencies. 
•    Maintain interface registers, programme milestones, actions and contractor performance. 
•    Facilitate stakeholder workshops, resolve conflicts and escalate critical risks affecting cost, quality, schedule or operational readiness.

You’ll need to have:
•    Relevant degree qualification. 
•    Aviation and terminal delivery experience. 
•    Multidisciplinary interface management expertise. 
•    Strong stakeholder coordination; Middle East experience preferred.
