Content Marketing Specialist

⭐ Responsibilities:

- Orchestrating social media content strategies across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Youtube platforms.
- Create an editorial calendar based on overall Marketing calendar, create content, and ensure that deadlines are met in execution phase.
- Undertake content marketing initiatives including written, video and photo content to achieve business targets.
- Edit, proofread, and constantly improve the content.
- Driving traffic and engagement that translates to sales and brand promotion.
- Measuring the results of marketing activity, analyze SoMe traffic and engagement metrics.
- Expertise in social media platforms, knowing which platform different kinds of content are best suited to.
- Designing and implementing creative marketing strategies to be present in local events and PR activities.

⭐ Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism or related field.
- Proven work experience as a Content marketing specialist.
- Track record in Content Marketing, Copywriting, Design, Photoshooting and video content creation.
- Ability to predict audience preferences with an editorial mindset.
- Experience with online community building in social media, expertise in social media platforms.
- Data-driven and highly analytical.
- Proficiency with social media analytics.
- Time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written, communication and writing skills in Lithuanian and English.
- Passion for automotive industry.
