Role

Ensuring the smooth flow of financial operations in the field of work, solve operational problems and perform the assigned tasks.

Your Responsibilities

- Training and assistance to new team members
- Purchase to Pay full process knowledge, Invoice receiving, reviewing, booking.
- Supplier Statement reconciliation on a weekly/monthly/fort-nightly basis.
- Thorough understanding of PH Withholding Tax, VAT
- Liaison with Suppliers, external auditors, internal auditors for audit
- Statutory requirements, of payable process, collecting the Original receipt, Invoices etc.
- Support in preparation of schedule for internal and external audit.
- Entering data of clients, accounts and making changes in the electronic database / KN application
- Perform assigned tasks and responsibilities with defined productivity.
- Solving operational problems in the field of work
- Application of procedures and instructions (SOP) in the work
- Continuous work on professional development and improvement

Your Skills & Experiences

- Bachelor's Degree related to Accounting
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in a related field
- High level of organization and communication
- High level of motivation and discipline
- Leadership and motivational skills
- Ability to direct and optimize processes
- Advanced use of computers and MS office
- Good knowledge of KN operational processes and systems
- Ability to continuously communicate with client countries
