Data Analyst - Insights/ Analytics Data Management

REQUIREMENTS GATHERING AND IMPLEMENTATION

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI .
- Build and deploy custom business applications using Power Apps to streamline workflows and enhance data accessibility.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into data models and visualizations.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting solutions.
- Support data integration and automation efforts using Power Platform tools.
- (Nice to have) Analyse business processes using process mining tools to uncover inefficiencies and recommend improvements.

CRITICAL QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
- Proficiency in Power BI: and Other BI Applications data modelling, DAX, Power Query, RSL, roles and security and report development.
- Proficiency on Data modelling & front-end building
- Ability to work with business to document & translate business requirements into insights
- Project management skills
- Understanding of Data Quality principles & ability to discover & trigger Data Quality risks
- Experience with Power Apps : canvas and model-driven apps, connectors, and workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in SQL and Excel.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Nice to have - Experience with process mining tools such as ARIS, Celonis, UiPath Process Mining, or PAFnow.
- Familiarity with Power Automate and Microsoft Dataverse.
