Events & Audience Acquisition Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Events & Audience Acquisition Manager to join our global events team. In this role, you will deliver high-impact Arm events and contribute to the planning of outstanding event experiences, bringing strong execution skills and a diligent, collaborative demeanor.

This role is vital to the events team and is mainly responsible for leading a portfolio of industry exhibitions and Arm-organized gatherings in China. It also supports key regional and global projects. The position coordinates all phases of event execution year-round and offers expertise and mentorship on event management tools and platforms. This ensures smooth planning, teamwork, and steady support for the broader team.

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-end delivery of diverse events and multidimensional projects, including industry tradeshows and Arm-hosted events. This includes venue research, space planning, agenda coordination, deco arrangement, logistics, and budget tracking. You will also support efforts to attract the target audience and pre-event promotion to improve reach across relevant channels and ensure strong event attendance and impact.
- Lead and support event digital & technology platforms (e.g., event websites, registration pages, attendee hub, Asana follow up and meeting management tools) for both event and marketing teams.
- Apply guidelines in event planning and process management, finding opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships alongside colleagues and partners both inside and outside the organization across all projects.
- Collaborate within the distributed team to deliver core elements of large-scale Arm events, including accommodation, catering, shipping, session coordination, and satellite events.
- Partner with internal BUs to complete relevant technology demonstrations at events.

Required Skills and Experience:

- 10 years+ extensive experience in the independent and collaborative delivery of high-profile events and exhibitions.
- Excellent communication and social skills, with a track record of working with team members across countries and regions. Shows respect for different cultures, communication preferences, and working approaches. Able to establish and manage positive connections with internal and external collaborators.
- A deep understanding of event delivery within the China market.
- Hands-on experience managing event software and digital tools.
- Proven track record in audience recruitment and experience managing paid media partnerships to drive high-quality attendance and improve return on investment.
- Demonstrable expertise in professional event operation processes.
- Outstanding project and time management capabilities.
- Flexibility to travel to event locations as required, including weekends and holidays.

Nice to haves:

- Experience delivering events across Europe, and North America.
- A solid understanding of technical demonstrations or the ability to learn sophisticated technical concepts quickly.
