Region MED > SBU MED Service > MED (Spain, Portugal, Italy, Turkey, Greece, France, Romania etc.)
The Service Department is responsible for the smooth operation of our customers' wind farms and for ensuring the maximum performance of each wind turbine throughout its entire operational lifecycle. Our team ensures that the turbines run at peak capacity to generate clean energy, making it an essential pillar in maintaining long-term customer loyalty.
We are currently looking to recruit 2 Service Technicians through this internal selection process to support the MED Region (covering countries such as Spain, Portugal, Italy, Turkey, Greece, and France, among others). This is a great opportunity to grow your career in an itinerant role with high geographical mobility.

Key Responsibilities:
Working directly with the Maintenance Supervisor, your main tasks will include:
- Performing inspection, repair, as well as preventive and corrective maintenance of wind turbines.
- Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical faults and breakdowns.
- Assisting with the commissioning of wind turbines across various regional projects.
- Accurately completing and maintaining specific technical documentation.
- Measuring and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) and departmental goals.
Qualifications & Requirements:
For this regional role, we are looking for professionals who possess:
- Professional Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar position within wind turbine maintenance, the electrical sector, or industrial maintenance.
- Education: A technical diploma/degree - e.g. electrical, mechanical, automation or electro-mechanical.
- Mobility: Genuine willingness and availability to travel up to 70% of the time across different countries in the MED region.
- Languages: Intermediate-to-advanced English (conversational fluency required for international travel and cross-border teamwork, alongside strong reading comprehension for technical manuals).
- Physical fitness and willingness to work at heights and under challenging weather conditions.
Desirable Competencies:
- Familiarity with SAP (Maintenance/PM modules).
- Proficiency in data collection, diagnostic software, and technical reporting tools.
- Knowledge of additional languages spoken within the MED region
