Studio Manager

Consol is a fast-growing national tanning brand with 58 studios across the UK (and more on the way), leading the industry in safe and responsible tanning.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Studio Manager to join our Truro studio. This position operates on a four-week rolling rota . The role offers £13.75 per hour, plus bonuses and uncapped commission. Flexibility is essential to meet the needs of the business.

Working Hours; Four-Week Rolling Rota

This  position follows a set four-week rolling rota, with shifts as follows:

- Week 1: Monday to Thursday, 10am–6pm

- Week 2: Monday, Tuesday & Friday, 10am–6pm; Saturday, 10am–5pm

- Week 3: Monday to Wednesday, 10am–6pm; Saturday, 10am–5pm

- Week 4: Monday to Thursday, 10am–6pm

About the Role:

We’re seeking a driven, confident and commercially minded Studio Manager. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll take ownership of studio performance, people and standards, working closely with your Area Manager to ensure the studio's continued success and growth.

- Lead the day-to-day running of the studio

- Recruit, train and develop your studio team

- Drive sales, conversions and achievement of KPIs

- Deliver outstanding customer service at all times

- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and presentation

- Manage rotas, basic HR tasks and studio reporting

- Act as the main point of contact for operational issues

What We Are Looking For:

- At least 1 year management experience

- Minimum 2 years’ sales or customer-facing experience

- Experience working towards personal and team KPIs

- Strong organisation, leadership and communication skills

- Excellent attention to detail

- GCSE English or equivalent demonstrable skills

- Willingness to attend mandatory training

- Experience in a fast-paced sales environment

- Interest or experience in the health & beauty industry

- Retail or hospitality management experience
