Commercial Analyst

On behalf of our client, a fast-growing industrial company based in Koropi , Greece, we are seeking a Commercial Analyst to join its team.

The Commercial Analyst will be responsible for collecting, processing, analyzing, and visualizing data to provide actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.

The role works closely with Commercial, Finance, Production, Supply Chain, and Management teams to drive business performance through data-driven recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, validate, and analyse data from multiple sources.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPI monitoring tools.
- Transform complex datasets into meaningful business insights and recommendations.
- Support commercial, financial, and operational analyses.
- Monitor business performance and identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Prepare regular and ad hoc reports for management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define reporting requirements and performance metrics.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of business data.
- Contribute to Business Intelligence and digital transformation initiatives.
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and performance improvement projects.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Data Analysis, Business Analysis, or similar analytical roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage and analyze large volumes of data.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Very good command of English (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of SQL and database management.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and business processes.
