About this role
West Coast Supply Group in Leiden is looking for a Kitchen Assistant for lunch at its restaurant, The Admiral.
Our concept is open kitchen, healthy & fresh cooking.
The team consists of 2 cooks. You will support the cooks. You'll have the chance to learn more about cooking techniques, ordering, stock management, etc. in a swinging work environment.
This is what your day looks like. You:
- are available on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday between 9:00 and 17:00 with a maximum of 12 hour s per week;
- support the cooks with daily tasks;
- follow the team's instructions for safety, health & safety, HACCP etc;
- clean the working environment and kitchen equipment and assist with washing up;
- ensure coffee corners are clean and restocked.
Requirements
This is you:
- You have an affinity for cooking, but experience is not required;
- You are a real go-getter;
- You are motivated and enthusiastic;
- You live close to our office in Leiden ;
- You are English and/or Dutch speaking.
