## Our Team, Your Impact

We are looking for an experienced VMware VCF / Virtualization / Hybrid Cloud Engineer with strong hands-on experience in VMware Cloud Foundation, vSphere, vCenter, vSAN, NSX and hybrid cloud environments. The candidate should also have practical experience with Nutanix AHV/AOS and Zerto replication.

## How You’ll Spend Your Day

- Design, deploy, administer and troubleshoot VMware VCF environments.
- Manage vSphere, vCenter, ESXi, vSAN and NSX infrastructure.
- Perform VCF lifecycle management, upgrades, patching and health validation.
- Troubleshoot complex virtualization, networking and storage issues.
- Manage hybrid infrastructure spanning on-premises VMware and Microsoft Azure.
- Administer Nutanix AOS/AHV environments.
- Design and maintain Zerto-based replication and disaster recovery solutions.
- Participate in infrastructure migrations, consolidation and modernization projects.
- Develop and maintain operational procedures and technical documentation.
- Perform capacity planning, performance analysis and infrastructure optimization.
- Participate in incident, problem and change management activities.
- Work with application, network, security and cloud teams on end-to-end infrastructure projects.

## Your Skills and Experience

- 10+ years of experience in VMware/virtualization infrastructure.
- Strong hands-on experience with VCF 9.x / SDDC Manager.
- Strong experience with vSphere 8.x, vCenter, ESXi and vSAN.
- Hands-on NSX/NSX-T experience.
- Good Hardware Knowledge on Dell Power Edge Blades, Nutanix servers
- Practical Azure hybrid-cloud experience.
- Hands-on experience with Nutanix AOS/AHV.
- Hands-on experience with Zerto replication/DR.
- Strong troubleshooting and incident-resolution skills.
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise data-center environments.
