Salary Range: The base salary compensation range for this position is $85,000 - $115,000, plus bonus and benefits.

Job Purpose:

As a Sales Finance Senior Analyst and Visualfabriq (VF) Super User, you will support the Sales organisation with financial insights while enabling effective use of the trade promotion management platform. You will combine commercial finance expertise with user support, data quality, system administration, controls, training and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide financial insight on trade spend and ensure all financial processes for the Customer Account Teams are compliant with Haleon policies and International Financial Reporting Standards.
- Act as the local Visualfabriq subject-matter expert, completing required training and supporting implementation, testing and planning activities.
- Deliver end-user training, coordinate access and learning requirements, and provide first-line support, escalating technical defects as needed.
- Manage and validate key system uploads, master data and administrative activities, including pricing, cost, product, account and forecast data.
- Perform regular system and data-quality checks, resolve exceptions and support umbrella SKU setup for new products.
- Execute applicable internal controls and support audit requirements, including VF-related SOX controls.
- Coordinate local adoption, releases and change activities, including participation in the VF Community of Practice and communication of relevant updates.
- Partner with Data Analysts and global process owners on reporting, issue resolution and prioritised system enhancements, including Power BI where applicable.

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or IT.

- 3+ years’ experience in Data Analysis, Finance or Accounting-related function

- Ability to serve as a system subject-matter expert, train end users and translate technical or process issues into clear business guidance.

- Experience with data validation, master data, system administration and first-line issue triage in a commercial finance environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

- Experience with Visualfabriq or a comparable trade promotion management platform.
- Power BI self-service report-building knowledge or experience.
- Experience supporting system implementations, user acceptance testing, change management and user adoption.
- Power BI self-service reporting knowledge or experience.
- CPG experience, with strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
