The Position

At Roche, our Global Citizenship team empowers resilient and healthy communities where we live, work, and beyond. Join us as the primary student liaison to help shape an unforgettable journey, driving student liaison, project support and app management.

The Opportunity

As our Project Support Intern and Roche Continents Student Liaison, you will:

- Serve as the primary contact and ambassador for Roche Continents students, fostering strong relationships, promoting inclusivity, and ensuring an exceptional experience across all digital and in-person touchpoints.
- Drive end-to-end support for the application and candidate selection processes, maintaining consistent and engaging communication with the selected student cohort.
- Set up, customize, and continuously update the official event application (schedules, content, announcements) to ensure a seamless digital journey for participants before, during, and after the event.
- Provide active, hands-on support on-site during the main Roche Continents program, coordinating daily logistics, assisting the project team, and managing student needs in real-time.
- Design, deploy, and analyze digital feedback surveys to evaluate cohort engagement, program outcomes, and areas for continuous improvement.

Who You Are

You are passionate about using technology for good and eager to apply your skills to create social impact.

Furthermore, you bring the following:

- Current enrollment in or recent graduation (within the last 12 months) from a Master’s program in Communications, Sustainability, Social Impact, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- Strong interest in artificial intelligence, data-driven approaches, and digital innovation is highly desired.
- Experience with digital platforms and tools is essential.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong ability to build trust and connect with diverse student cohorts.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a can-do mindset are required for this role.
- Preferably experience in project or event management.
- Fluency in English and French; German is a plus.
