Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day Finance & Accounts operations.
- Support financial reporting, reconciliations, and MIS preparation.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Prepare and analyze reports using MS Excel.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for finance-related activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
- Support month-end and year-end financial activities.
- Perform additional finance-related assignments as required.
Eligibility Criteria
- MBA in Finance (recent graduates / freshers).
- Good knowledge of accounting and financial concepts.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional attitude with a confident personality.
- Willingness to work from the Gurugram office; immediate joiners preferred.
