Senior Fullstack AI Engineer – Consulting

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Fullstack AI Engineer to join our Consulting team. You will independently turn complex and initially ambiguous product ideas into secure, maintainable, and user-friendly solutions.
This is a hands-on engineering role combining modern backend development, frontend development, and AI capabilities. You will contribute throughout the full development lifecycle—from domain discovery and technical design to implementation and production deployment—while maintaining ownership of the solutions you deliver.

Responsibilities

- Translate complex and initially ambiguous product ideas into well-designed software solutions.

- Design and develop end-to-end features integrating backend, frontend, database, and AI capabilities.

- Contribute throughout the development lifecycle, including domain discovery, technical design, implementation, and production deployment.

- Take ownership of features and services from requirements through delivery to production.

- Ensure solutions are secure, maintainable, user-friendly, and delivered to a high standard in production environments.

Required Skills and Experience

- Hands-on Python and FastAPI experience in a developer role within the last 2 years.

- Experience shipping at least one LLM feature with structured output using Pydantic AI, Instructor, or a comparable library.

- Experience meeting at least two of the following four criteria:

Applying systematic AI evaluation in a project, such as an eval harness, LLM-as-judge, or quality metrics.

- Delivering a production frontend using React or Angular.

- Performing application-level database work with MongoDB or SQL within service code.

- Owning at least one feature or service end to end, from requirements through production.

- A strong hands-on engineering background with recent software development and coding experience.

- Application backend engineering experience. Data science or MLOps expertise may complement but does not replace this requirement.

- English proficiency at B2 level.

Experience Considered an Advantage

- Experience applying Domain-Driven Design.

- Knowledge of accessibility practices.

- Experience with Azure Container Apps.

- Daily use of AI coding tools such as Claude Code or Copilot in a developer role.
