What this role is all about
Telecom Business Specialist – Network APIs is an individual contributor role responsible for maintaining and increasing the company's revenue and gross profit through market coverage expansion & GTM partnerships. It does this by enabling, developing and managing connectivity with mobile network operators (MNOs) and aggregators for Infobip's Network APIs portfolio. These are CAMARA-standardized APIs within the GSMA Open Gateway programme, such as Number Verification, SIM Swap, KYC Match and Device Location.
An individual in this position acts as the commercial point of contact for operator and aggregator partners. They support and guide regional Operator Partnership teams by coordinating contracts, commercial negotiations, documentation and roadmap updates. Once connections go live, they make sure those connections run smoothly and stay profitable for everyone in the value chain.

What will you do
Contract Management: Manage contracts with MNOs and aggregators, including revisions and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Make sure terms are aligned with our Network APIs strategy. Collect and maintain the documentation required from operators and aggregators.
Commercial Terms and Pricing: Negotiate commercial terms, pricing and billing models with operators and aggregators. Work with Business Analysts to align pricing, so every connection contributes to the company's revenue and gross profit.
Market Analysis and Trends: Monitor global trends in Network APIs, GSMA Open Gateway and CAMARA. Make sure operators and aggregators share regular roadmap updates, and align our roadmap across markets so it reflects current operator capabilities and customer demand.
Commercial Support and Collaboration: Act as the link between HQ and regional Operator Partnership teams. Communicate global and regional updates, share global demand, initiate calls with operators, track contract and connection status, and set goals for Operator Partnership Managers in line with the Network APIs strategy. Hold regular calls with stakeholders, operators and aggregators.
Connection Management and Onboarding: Manage existing operator connections and support client onboarding together with the Technical Support team.
Process and Tracking: Keep Salesforce and internal tracking tables clean and up to date, so contract and connection status is always accurate. Actively look for areas to improve in existing processes and help refine them as the business grows.
Growth Path: As you build experience, you'll move toward more strategic, ecosystem-facing work. That includes taking part in relevant working groups, webinars and events, positioning and monetizing Network APIs through telco partnerships, and running discovery calls with MNOs. In those calls you'll position Infobip as a leading Network API expert and support operators in their Network API exposure, integration and go-to-market journey.
