ABOUT EXPERIMENTAL COCKTAIL CLUB PORTO
Opening at the end of 2026 in the heart of Porto's historic city centre, Experimental Cocktail Club Porto is the latest addition to Experimental* celebrated portfolio of cocktail bars, following Paris, London, New York, Venice, Verbier, Ibiza and Val d'Isère.
Nestled within Hotel Experimental Porto Infante Sagres, the city's first five-star hotel, and designed by interior designer Dorothée Meilichzon, the bar will bring the Exeperimental's signature blend of craft, conviviality and design to Portugal for the first time.

ABOUT THE POSITION
Under the responsibility of the Assistant Bar Manager and Bar Manager, you will deliver an exceptional bar experience to our guests, ensuring high standards of cocktail preparation, service and hospitality. You will play an active role in the daily operation of the bar, from mise-en-place to service and closing.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming and assisting customers, presenting the cocktail menu, and promoting sales according to the establishment’s standards,
- Preparing cocktails and providing high-quality service to ensure an exceptional experience for the customer,
- Guiding and supporting the customer throughout their experience,
- Contributing to the improvement of the menu by suggesting new creations,
- Applying and adhering to hygiene and safety regulations,
- Ensuring proper maintenance of equipment and the overall upkeep of the bar.
ABOUT YOU
- You have proven experience as a Bartender in a cocktail bar.
- You are dynamic, motivated, and present yourself professionally.
- You possess strong organizational skills, work efficiently, demonstrate good
- teamwork, and have excellent interpersonal skills.
- You communicate easily with both teams and guests, using appropriate and
- professional communication skills in Italian and English.
- You pay attention to detail and are attentive to customer needs.
- Finally, you are available to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
