Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Manage customer orders including domestic, export and consignment orders in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements, including order entry and order confirmation.
- Coordinate order fulfillment from invoice issuance through final delivery, including required documentation, order follow-up and issue resolution.
- Process credit notes and debit notes related to sales orders or customer complaints.
- Coordinate customer complaints and service cases related to sales orders and ensure proper follow-up.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
- Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective order execution and customer service.
- Implement and optimize work processes, techniques and systems; share best practices and contribute to continuous improvement of the Order-to-Cash process.
- Support internal and external audits as needed.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor’s degree; no specific major is required.
- 2–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain or a related function.
- Experience in a B2B business environment.
- Good knowledge of domestic trade processes.
- Good knowledge of international trade processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Working knowledge of SAP.
- Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

- Highly collaborative and team-oriented , with strong interpersonal skills and cross-cultural awareness.
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) , with knowledge of Incoterms and payment terms.
