Affirmed Home Care is hiring experienced Per Diem Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide exceptional one-on-one care in patients’ homes throughout Bergen County, New Jersey.
We are seeking skilled nurses with ventilator and tracheostomy (trach) experience for specialized home care cases in Elmwood Park, Hackensack, Rochelle Park, and surrounding communities.

Compensation
- $55 per hour for nursing shifts
- $125 per RN visit
Scheduling Opportunities
We are seeking nurses available for:
- Weekday and weekend shifts
- Day shifts and overnight shifts
- Flexible per diem assignments based on case needs
Required Experience
- Ventilator and tracheostomy care experience
- ICU, Medical-Surgical, Emergency Department, or Home Care nursing experience
- Minimum of 1 year of recent RN experience in an acute care or home care setting
Qualifications
- Active New Jersey RN license
- Current BLS certification
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Physical examination completed within the past 12 months
- PPD or QuantiFERON completed within the past 12 months, or chest X-ray within the past 5 years
- Proof of flu vaccination or an approved medical exemption
