Warehouse Operator

We are looking for a talented Warehouse Operator to join our Cummins Inc. team Mineral Point, WI.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

- Receive and process incoming materials accurately to support uninterrupted production and operational efficiency.

- Optimize warehouse storage and material flow to improve space utilization and inventory accessibility.

- Pick, pack, and ship products accurately to meet customer expectations and delivery commitments.

- Perform quality checks to identify damaged, discrepant, or non-conforming materials and reduce operational risk.

- Support a safe work environment by following HSE standards and proactively addressing workplace hazards.

- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, quality, productivity, and material flow.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and maintain operational performance.

- Maintain equipment, housekeeping, and operator care activities to support reliability and workplace organization.

Additional Responsibilities & Preferred Key Competencies:

- Preferred experience operating powered industrial vehicles, including forklifts, tuggers, and electric pallet jacks.
- Utilize scan guns and inventory management systems to accurately track and move materials throughout the facility.
- Support material distribution activities using stand-up lifts, tuggers, and other warehouse equipment.
- Preferred familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and basic computer systems used in warehouse operations.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail when processing inventory transactions, labeling materials, and maintaining records.
- Partner effectively with peers, skilled trades, and support teams to identify equipment needs and support operational continuity.
- Maintain flexibility to support changing production demands and business priorities.
- Exhibit strong accountability, adaptability, collaboration, and customer-focused problem-solving skills.
