We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and service-oriented Part-Time Server to join our Assisted Living Dining Services team at Larksfield Place!

Applicants must be able to consistently commit to working every other weekend and three weekdays, with all shifts scheduled from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

What You'll Do

As a Part-Time Server in our Assisted Living community, you will:

- Provide friendly, attentive, and professional dining service to residents and guests.

- Take meal orders and accurately serve food and beverages according to resident preferences and dietary requirements.

- Prepare dining areas before meals, including setting tables and ensuring a clean, welcoming environment.

- Assist residents with menu selections and respond to questions or special requests.

- Clear tables, clean dining areas, and assist with resetting the dining room following meal service.

- Follow established food safety, sanitation, and infection prevention procedures.

- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and fellow servers to ensure timely and efficient meal service.

- Build positive relationships with residents while maintaining a respectful, courteous, and professional attitude.

- Previous restaurant, hospitality, or senior living dining experience is preferred but not required.

Schedule & Availability Requirements

Position: Part-Time | Assisted Living

Shift Hours: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Required Availability:

- Every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday)

- Three weekdays each week

- Consistent availability for the full 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM shift

Because our residents depend on consistent dining service, candidates must be able to commit to the required schedule on an ongoing basis.
