- Oversee daily operations: Help manage front-of-house and back-of-house activities, ensuring smooth service, efficient food production, and consistent execution.
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience: Engage with guests, address concerns, and help create a fast, friendly, and welcoming environment.
- Maintain brand standards: Uphold expectations for cleanliness, food quality, food safety, and overall store presentation.
- Keep operations running efficiently: Monitor guest traffic, adjust priorities, and support staffing needs to minimize wait times and maintain service standards.
- Manage inventory and supplies: Assist with ordering, inventory levels, and stock replenishment across retail and foodservice.
- Promote a safe workplace: Maintain clean, organized workspaces and ensure equipment is used and maintained appropriately.
- Support store performance: Communicate operational needs, staffing updates, and improvement opportunities to store leadership.
- Step up when needed: Take the lead during assigned shifts and help ensure daily priorities are completed successfully.
