What You'll Do
As a Business Office Assistant at OrthoAtlanta, you’ll:
- Patient Check-In/Check-Out : Greet patients, manage appointments, and ensure accurate registration
- Insurance & Payments : Verify insurance coverage, calculate procedure estimates and collect co-pays,
- Chart Management : Review charts for accuracy and completeness, prepare for next-day services
- Team Support : Assist clinical staff and help maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office

What You’ll Need
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in a medical office setting
- Working knowledge of Epic (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail, professionalism, and discretion
- Ability to multitask and remain flexible throughout the day
