We provide and transport oxygen for local veterinary and medical offices, carbon dioxide for local breweries, acetylene for our local welders and metal fabricators and helium for everyones birthday parties!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Run a scheduled regional route delivering cylinders and hard goods, and return empties for refilling
- Safely deliver helium compressed gas cylinders to scheduled, repeat customers
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and document any issues
- Keep load manifests and vehicle paperwork accurate and balanced with truck counts
- Build good customer relationships and help them stay ahead of their cylinder needs
- Follow all DOT and OSHA regulations and keep the truck clean and professional
Schedule
- Depart Monday morning
- On the road Monday through Thursday/Friday; overnights 3 to 4 nights per week, depending on the zone
- Territory is divided into 4 zones, one zone per week, so you cover the same general area all week.
- You stay in a hotel, not a sleeper

Qualifications
- Class A CDL with HazMat endorsement
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 21 years old
- 1 year of driving experience or driving school training in the past 4 years
- A clean record: no at-fault accidents or moving violations in the past 3 years
- Able to meet DOT physical qualification standards
- Able to read Safety Data Sheets and comfortable with basic computer order entry
- Experience handling compressed gases is a plus, not a requirement
- Ability to read and speak English sufficiently to converse with the public, read highway signs and signals, respond to official inquiries, and complete reports
- Routinely lift 25 to 75 lbs, occasionally 76 to 100+ lbs
- Frequent bending, standing, walking, reaching, and handling
- Outdoor work in temperatures from -10 to over 100 degrees
- Ability to detect leaking gas from cylinders by sound or smell
