Seeking Engineering/Maintenance Manager!

Direct the daily operations of the Facilities Engineering Department. Translate policies and procedures into daily operations in accordance with all accrediting organizations and other regulatory agencies. Oversees and promotes operational efficiencies utilizing engineering management principles.
This position will also manage remodel and repair projects of hospital buildings by cording with contractors and vendors involved. (ie. Prepare drawings, schedules, and files related to such projects.)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required or a minimum of three years facilities management leadership experience in lieu of a degree.
- Valid Driver's license w/ good driving history
- CHFM (certified Healthcare Facility manager) certification w/in three years
