Deine Aufgaben

Im Mittelpunkt Deiner Tätigkeit stehen folgende Schwerpunkte:

- Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Reports zur Risikosteuerung
- Vorbereitung und Erstellung von Präsentationen für Gremiensitzungen und Management-Entscheidungen
- Überprüfung und Validierung der Funktionsweise von Risikobewertungsverfahren sowie weiterer unternehmensweit eingesetzter Risikoparameter
- Analyse, Bewertung und Überwachung wesentlicher Risikoarten
- Durchführung von Datenanalysen sowie Aufbereitung komplexer Sachverhalte für unterschiedliche Stakeholder
- Mitarbeit in Projekten im Risikocontrolling- und Datenmanagementumfeld
- Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Methoden, Prozessen und Instrumenten des Risikocontrollings
- Erstellung von Ad-hoc-Auswertungen und Analysen für interne Ansprechpartner

Das bringst Du mit:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Mathematik, Statistik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Risikocontrolling oder in einer vergleichbaren analytischen Funktion wird vorausgesetzt
- Gute Kenntnisse regulatorischer Anforderungen im Banken- und/oder Leasingumfeld (z. B. MaRisk, ICAAP, ILAAP)
- Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
- Affinität zu Datenanalysen und komplexen Zusammenhängen
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SQL, SAS oder vergleichbaren Analysetools
- Strukturierte, selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen
- Kenntnisse bei der Anwendung von Künstlicher Intelligenz sind wünschenswert
